Fraser Island Tours
A full range of Fraser Island tours may be booked at our tour desk, a courtesy bus is available for pickup and return from the Motel.
Hervey Bay is the gateway to the heritage-listed Fraser Island, the world’s largest sand island. Guests may choose from 1 or 2 day guided tours, which include meals and accommodation. With expert commentary on your travels, you can visit one of the island’s lush rainforests, Lake McKenzie one of the many lakes for which the island is famous for, swim in the cool fresh water of Eli Creek and take a drive down 75-Mile Beach visiting the SS Maheno shipwreck along the way.
You will need to bring swimwear, towel, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera, water bottle and comfortable walking shoes. Tours are all-inclusive however; you may wish to bring some money for drinks, souvenirs or optional activities e.g. scenic flight.
